Welcome to iCampMaroc. By using our platform, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Platform usage
iCampMaroc is a Moroccan platform connecting recreational vehicle owners (motorhomes, campervans, caravans) with travelers looking to rent them. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to use our booking services. Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Each user may only have one account. iCampMaroc reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms or suspicious activity.
3. Bookings
Bookings are subject to the owner's confirmation within 24 hours. Once confirmed, the booking constitutes an agreement between the renter and the owner. The renter agrees to pick up the vehicle at the agreed date and location, and to return it in its original condition. Any extension must be agreed upon with the owner before the end of the booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental start date. Between 48h and 24h before, a 50% refund is applied. Cancellations within the last 24 hours are non-refundable. The owner may cancel a booking in case of force majeure or a technical vehicle issue, with a full refund to the renter.
5. Payments
Payments are made through the platform at the time of booking. The owner receives payment after the rental begins, minus the iCampMaroc service fee. All prices displayed are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include service charges. No off-platform payments are permitted for bookings made through iCampMaroc.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to behave respectfully and honestly. Publishing false, misleading, or offensive content is prohibited. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Harassment, discrimination, or any abusive behavior toward other users will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Vehicles & Owner Responsibilities
Owners guarantee that their vehicles are in good working condition, have valid insurance, and meet current safety standards. Descriptions and photos must be accurate and up to date. The owner is responsible for vehicle maintenance and compliance with Moroccan vehicle rental regulations.
8. Liability
iCampMaroc acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreement between the owner and renter. The platform cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from vehicle use, delays, breakdowns, or any disputes between users. Each user is encouraged to obtain appropriate supplementary insurance.
9. Disputes
In case of a dispute between users, iCampMaroc offers a mediation service to facilitate resolution. Parties agree to attempt to resolve any differences amicably before taking legal action. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of unresolved disputes, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
iCampMaroc reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
